Rates are per delegate in pounds sterling and exclude VAT where applicable. Institutions registering four or more delegates receive a fifth place at no charge — email the organising committee before booking.

Payment
Card, bank transfer or institutional purchase order. Invoices are issued within two working days and must be settled before the relevant deadline for the rate to hold. A VAT receipt is provided in every case.
Cancellation and transfer
Full refund to 15 August 2027, 50 percent to 15 September, none thereafter. A place may be transferred to a colleague at no cost up to 48 hours before opening; a paper's presenting author may be substituted with committee approval.

Three hotels hold delegate rates from £145 per night until 5 September; booking codes are sent with your confirmation.

Issued on request after payment clears. Allow eight weeks; the committee cannot intervene in decisions.
Questions
Can I present online?
Yes — stream C is reserved for remote presenters, with a technical rehearsal the week before.
Is attendance without a paper allowed?
It is, at the same rates. Roughly a third of delegates attend to listen rather than present.
Do you certify CPD hours?
A signed certificate for 12 structured hours is issued after the closing plenary, itemised by session.
What language is the conference in?
English throughout, for submissions, presentation and the proceedings. Live captions run in both halls.
